• In-depth, comprehensive lactation support (nursing and pumping)
• Educating parents on newborn care and development
• Bottle feeding or bringing your baby to you for nursing
• Washing and sterilizing bottles and pump parts  
• Baby laundry
• Baby massage
• Tracking developmental milestones and supporting progress through play, songs, and senory activities
• Helping the baby establish healthy sleep patterns
   

My goal is to help you get as much quality rest and recovery as possible while giving your baby expert care.

I’m based in Washington D.C., and I regularly travel to support families in other cities.

I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor - 8 years working with newborns.

Rate: $50/hr
