Live in DC, MD, VA? Stay in the comfort of your home, and I will come to you! I bring my flange collection (sizes 10mm to 24mm).
What to expect
With the pump on, we will try different sizes and shapes of flanges on you. The flange that is the most comfortable is the flange that will elicit the greatest milk output. I will leave the correct size flange with you.
You will learn more about your pump, and how you can optimize your milk supply. We'll create a custom pumping plan.
The consult takes about 90min.

Hi! I’m Beka. My passion in life is nurturing and empowering new parents.
I am a Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Postpartum Doula (DONA). After graduating with a B.S. in Public Health Education, I served in Ethiopia as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer.
I've been working with pumping parents for 8 years. I was trained by world-leading pumping expert, Jeanette Mesite Frem, MHS, IBCLC, RLC, CCE. I'm listed in her directory!
My goal is to support each family with warmth, compassion, and humility.
