Flange fitting, learn about your pump and how to optimize milk supply, create a pumping plan.

Improve latch for comfortable nursing.  Optimize milk supply. Create feeding plan for baby.  Discuss helpful products.

Private, in-home class.  1.5hrs of education on postpartum recovery, baby care, and feeding.  Then 60min consult-  I will look at your space and give you feedback on how best to set up your baby-care stations (i.e. diaper changing table).  I will look at your baby registry/products, and give feedback.

Private, in-home class.  1.5hrs of education.  Then 60min consult- I will give you feedback on how to best set up your nursing/pumping stations.  I will give feedback on your lactation products.  I will help set up your pump, and do a preliminary flange measurement.

I'm happy to hold a group class if you host me at your location!

2 in-person visits per week for 6 weeks.  Each visit is 3 hours.  Virtual support included (calls, texts).  In-depth lactation support included.
